We create artifacts for a wide variety of activities, including running, cycling, hiking, triathlons, trail races, and more. 
How do I provide my race or route data?

GPS Devices & Apps: If you use Garmin, Strava, Apple Watch, or another device, we’ll show you how to easily share your route file with us.

Official Races & Ironman: Simply send us the official race details or event link and we will pull the route from the event website.

No GPX Data? Don't worry! We can work on the best solution for you, including manually drawing the approximate route depending on the case.
Can I modify or remove the medal holder?

Yes! You can choose to order your artifact without a medal holder. We also offer custom sizes to fit your specific medal.
Do you take special requests and custom modifications?

Absolutely! Please contact us at hello@altaform.co for any custom requests or special modifications, we'll get back to you right away.
How long does it take to make my artifact?

Each piece is custom made to order. Production takes 2 to 4 business days before your artifact ships and we accept rush orders, just contact us.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We offer free shipping to North America and select countries. 
What is your return policy?

Because each artifact is uniquely custom manufactured using your personal route and race data, all sales are final. We do offer replacement options according to our return policy.
