Do I need my runner's Strava login or GPX file if this is a surprise gift?

Not at all! This is our #1 gifting feature. Just tell us the athlete's name, race name, and year. Our Gifting Concierge pulls the official course routing and timing splits for you so you never have to blow the secret.

What if my Strava GPS data had errors from tall city buildings?

We don't rely on messy raw GPS tracking files that suffer from urban drift. We map your race against official certified course elevations and geographies, and we send you a 100% digital 3D proof via email to approve before we print.

How does the medal stay attached? Will heavy or square medals fit?

Our universal flush medal recess is engineered with a custom-cut well and hidden ribbon storage compartment. It securely holds heavy round, square, or thick medals (including Ironman and Marathon medals) with absolute stability and clean center-of-gravity hanging hardware.

Do you ship internationally? Will fragile parts break in transit?

Yes, we ship securely worldwide from our Toronto studio (including the US, UK, Europe, and the Middle East). We use robust protective packaging and strategically design our 3D elements and lettering to withstand air freight without snapping.
